What this site collects now

Browsing public pages does not require an account. Production visitor analytics is not enabled. We do not currently operate advertising, visitor-profiling analytics, email subscriptions, payments, messaging, or a production member database for this public site.

Analytics

Production visitor analytics is not enabled. We do not load an analytics provider script, set analytics cookies, or create a visitor identifier. A later decision would be required before any such collection is treated as live, and this page would be updated first. This page is not attorney-reviewed legal advice.

Contact form

The online contact form is not sending messages. When it is enabled, it is designed to collect only a name, email address, and message. Message contents are not stored in the public directory database. If a message is actually received, the project plan is to keep it in a contact mailbox for up to 12 months. That mailbox is not a staffed help desk, and delivery is not live today.

Public listings

No player profiles are published. When they are, public pages may show an approved name and photo only. Email, phone, and other private contact details are not shown on public player pages. PBSN does not collect event registration or payment.

Cookies and hosting

Pages are served from Cloudflare. We do not add extra advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell your information. Any technical cookies the platform may set to deliver the page are not PBSN product analytics — we do not currently run those tools.

Later changes

If analytics, accounts, or other collection is added later, this page will be updated before those features are treated as live. Questions about this site can be sent through the contact page when the form is available.
